All wines are made from organically farmed Gamay, whole bunch carbonic maceration in concrete tanks, then aged for 6-12 months in very large, very old oak foudre. No SO2 was added at any stage. The vines are on average 65+ years old, some very much older.

The 2021 vintage was another cracker here, with the now almost “classic” deftness and balance we have come to know from Bonnet Cotton. Plenty of dense, juicy, generous fruit, that is somehow hovering in an ethereal refreshingness urging you to keep enjoying.

Very old vines, facing directly south, on a tiny patch of blue diorite. This is the OG from P Cotton, an intensely mineral, driving wine, very focussed electric shock of fruit slick down the centre of the palate and a long resonating church bell of a finish
