70 years old vineyards of Coda di Volpe from Paternopoli, at 450 metres above sea level – on calcareous marl soils but with higher percentage of volcanic sands on the top. Four days maceration on skins before being pressed off to chestnut botti for a year.

Clean as a whistle, this really impresses with fresh stone fruits, fine tannins, nourishing minerals and a pleasant herbaceous note to the finish.
