It was disgorged in November 2021 with 2 g/L. The pinosity is evident in this BdN, built on structure, with fine bones based with chalk, red apple, cherry blossom, and brioche. Paul is treating this powerful wine with a light hand, making it into something eminently drinkable and interesting

The young Paul Gosset launched his first champagnes in 2020, in collab with his father Michel, who had himself taken over the family’s Aÿ estate in the early 1980s. Their 3.5ha of sustainably farmed vineyards also include holdings in Mareuil-sur Aÿ, Dizy and Chouilly.
