Château Acid is Simon Jones and Charles O’Brien, two old friends originally from Sydney. After seperate careers in music in their 20s, they joined creative forces in their 30s to embark on their winemaking journey. Since 2017, they have been refining their craft – dedicated to bottling wines of the highest standard.
