Aesthetic Theory of Chardonnay (et al.)

Limestone Coast, South Australia

Chardo, infused with a small quantity of Pinots Noir and Gris from the same address. Picked together and fermented together resulting in red hued wine that feels white. Oysters shells and stewed red fruit.  Perhaps smells red and drinks white, but I still maintain its chardonnay.
