Tom holds a degree in viticulture from Adelaide Hills University and has traveled the world, working with some natural wine legends like Partida Creus, 2Naturkinder, La Garagista, Emilie Mutombo, Frenchtown Farms, Stagiaire Wines, Caleb Leisure, and Claus Preisinger.
