This is a delcious Pet Nat that is made from Pineau d’Aunis and Grenache, very very moreish, it’s fresh and bright and lusciously fruit driven. Dark raspberry and red cherry character with rejuvenating peppery qualities. Once you open it it’s hard to stop, cool, fruity, zesty, tasty!

Domaine de Bellivière was created by Christine and Eric Nicolas in 1995 when they purchased La Ferme de Bellivière, (previously rented by Louis Derré) along with 3.5 hectares of vines. Currently with 7 hectares in Janières and 9 hectares in Coteaux-du-Loir, this intelligent and soft-spoken couple, now along with their son Clément, are the leaders in the region due to their inspired organic and biodynamic farming and their dedication to quality in every aspect of vineyard management and winemaking.
Recently, the Nicolases have completed the building of a new cellar, which among other virtues allows for the movement of all must and wine by gravity. Additionally, it has increased their capacity. Though their estate itself is not growing in size, recently they began a small négoce label, Les Arches de Bellivière, to create more latitude for their son to join their operation full-time and partly to compensate for the very difficult and reduced 2016 and 2017 estate harvests at Bellivière.
