The Gamay grapes for this wine were purchased by Alice from Pierre Boyat who lives in the village of Lynes in Beaujolais.

The vineyard is certified organic by Agriculture Biologique.

The grapes underwent whole bunch maceration for 20 days. The wine was bottled in May 2021.

A lovely natural wine that’s fresh, energetic, and full flavour, like cherry, liquorice, blackberry and raspberry.
