2021 Mount Macleod Chardonnay Gippsland – Descending the cold south eastern side of the Great Dividing Range the countryside changes and tracts of lush open country emerge. The mountains spilling onto the coastal plains below. Their vineyards, located on these rolling hills, are planted on rich red volcanic soils and produce small yields of beautiful fruit.

Sweetly spiced citrus and light tropical aromas, lychees and hints of juicy confectionary lemon and barley. Fresh and bright with vibrantly concentrated primary fruit and a creamy generosity that is pulled into line by balanced lively acidity.
