Smoke and an almost meaty quality is on show alongside brambly, juicy fruit. There is something quite addictive about this bottle.

Henri Chauvet РIn the spring of 2021 Henri Chauvet settled in the village of Boudes in Auvergne purchasing 10.5 hectares of vines from a local winemaker. Henri, a relatively new arrival to the world of wine, had spent a few years working with winemakers predominantly in the Rh̫ne valley and notably Thierry Allemand in Cornas.

Originally from Canada, Katie developed an interest in wine and organic farming whilst studying, and after several years working amongst the vines in her native Ontario, she moved to France and landed a dream job working alongside the legendary Anne and Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura’s South.
