Working out of Alex’s (The Other Right) shed in Ashton alongside Architects of Wine’s Dave Caporaletti, James’s focus is on sourcing the right organic fruit and he refuses to use any sulphur in the wines. The approach he takes is experimental, playful and fun. The wines are anything but normal for the grape variety that is on offer, but will never disappoint.
