Marc grew up in South Australia not far from the Barossa Valley. His wine journey began in the Adelaide Plains/Barossa Valley before relocating to the Yarra Valley. Marc was the first foreign stagiaire to train under Charles and Eric Rousseau at Domaine Armand Rousseau in Gevrey Chambertin. Charles then helped organise a place at Domaine de la Romanee Conti the following harvest. Being lucky enough to work with some of the most revered French winemakers over a decade. This taught him to question and challenge everything you do in the vineyard and cellar.
