Shipping and Returns

Thank you for choosing our wine shop! We aim to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. Please find below our shipping and returns policies for your reference.

Shipping Information:

  1. Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping Australia-wide and same day local delivery around Melbourne inner-north . We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

  2. Delivery Timeframes:

Melbourne: If the address is within 10km of our shop, the order will be delivered same day 7 days a week. Just order by 4pm. Rest of Melbourne, place order everyday before 12pm and it’ll be deliver the next day (weekends excluded).

Sydney & Adelaide: We deliver to your city twice a week, If you order before 12pm Monday, you’ll get your booze on Tuesday. If you order before 12pm Thursday, you’ll get your juice Friday.

Brisbane & Gold Coast: We deliver to your area twice a week, If you order before 12pm Monday, you’ll get your booze within 2 days. If you order before 12pm Thursday, you’ll get your wine on Monday/Tuesday the following week.

Rest of Australia: Your order will be dispatched on the same day (if you order before 12pm).

       3. Shipping Rates:

Local Delivery (Within 10K of our store):

      • Free shipping on all orders equal to or over $99.
      • For orders below $99, a flat delivery fee of $10 applies.

Shipping to other areas within Australia:

      • Free shipping on all orders over $150.
      • For orders under $150, a flat delivery fee of $10 will be charged.

     4. Delivery Process:

Our deliveries are handled by reliable courier services, which understand that our wines may need extra love and caring. Please ensure that someone aged 18 years or older is present at the provided delivery address to sign for the order upon arrival.

 

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Returns Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please Email to wine@samuelpepys.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue.

  2. Refunds and Exchanges: Upon understanding the issue, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be subject to product availability.
