This wine is made from the oldest Chenin Blanc grapes in McLaren Vale. Although ’24 was a generous year, the Chenin held its acid beautifully. The wine saw a simple, yet effective treatment: direct pressing into old French puncheons and bottling after 14 months. This wine is also available in tiny quantities, so get in quickly!
