Chardonnay. Vibrant yet textured, with a beautiful interplay of freshness and depth — lemon zest and orchard fruit lifted by saline edges and a hint of spice from the lees. The finish is long, pure, and mouthwatering, leaving a sense of energy and finesse. A stunning expression of the Hautes-Côtes, precise but full of character.

Not many producers in Burgundy really get us buzzing — I know, that might sound controversial to some wine lovers. Too often, the wines feel overworked, and the purity and energy of the fruit get lost.
But Claire Naudin is a different story. Her wines give us goosebumps every single time. Working between the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, she crafts bottles that are pure, vibrant, and deeply expressive. The only catch? There’s never nearly enough to go around.
