Alan and Nelly Cooper have been making beautiful wines at Cobaw Ridge in the Macedon Ranges since 1985, with their son Joshua Cooper now making the wines. Farming organically and biodynamically, their high-altitude vineyard produces distinctive Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Lagrein. Expect cool-climate freshness, savoury complexity, texture and plenty of personality. Proper wines of place, made with care and a light touch.
