After years of working at legendary estates like Bodegas Chacra and Domaine Roulot, JB returned to his family’s winery in Mouzillon (Muscadet) in 2018. The vineyards are farmed organically with biodynamic preparations, and the winemaking is decidedly hands-off.
His wines show precision, elegance, and texture, with a beautiful stony minerality that sometimes recalls the great wines of Chablis.
